Proof of Income
Welcome to Proof of Income.
Do you need to provide your mortgage or loan company with a proof of income. If you are self employed it is impossible to get a mortgage without proof of income. You will requested to supply the following:
- The last 2 pay slips if paid monthly, the last 5 wage slips if paid weekly, or, the last 3 wage slips if paid fortnightly.
- Private pension or works pension will need the last 2 payment slips or bank statements for the last 2 months.
If you require help in providing these documents please contact who can replacement payslips, replacement P60 up to 6 weeks or 6 months wage slips.
